Samsung released their native voice activated assistant for Galaxy S3 named as S-Voice which works similar to that Apple Siri. Both services are amazing addition to the smartphones.
For those that have heard about Siri and S-Voice, these are voice-enabled assistants that can do everything from tell time to schedule appointments to help users find destinations. All of that can be accomplished by simply pressing a button and talking into the microphone.
Here is comparison video between iPhone 4S Siri and Samsung Galaxy S3 S-voice showing how these service perform on smartphone. The video shows series of tasks, from reporting the weather to telling the time, to setting an alarm for the next day.
Both service works similarly, but with recent release of beta version of iOS 6, Apple has included range of new features to Siri. Apple tried to block the launch of Galaxy S3 on US market due to similarity of the services provided by S-Voice with Siri. But fortunately the Samsung smartphone will launch on time.
